We offer service standard such as wearing socks before entering, arriving on time (Inform in advance if appointment date and timing can’t be met due to unforeseen circumstances), Follow-up on existing issue, pending repair, Reminder sent prior to appointment, Reminder for Contract Servicing, Ensuring work place is tidy and clean etc….

Our service team standard of General Maintenance cleaning procedures as follows;

1. Test-run and checking conducted before commencing Servicing. (Remote setting, Swing vane functionality, Visual Inspection of external components etc..)
2. Cover Surroundings with Clean Plastic Covering and Towels will be placed below ladder to avoid any potential scratches or Damaging of flooring. Carefully move any obstacles for work area.
3. Dismantling of front panel, external casing, air filters, drainage tray,Indoor fan Blower and Drainage Tray. (Certain components may not be possible to dismantle depending on type of AC and various installation conditions)Build-in Central Ducted type/Ceiling Cassette type, Ceiling Suspend type, Packaged Unit type will not include certain procedure for General Cleaning)*
4. Cleaning of dirt, dust and debris clogged between Indoor Evaporator coils fin.Apply Coil Kleener and Chemical wash components such as Fan Blower, air filters and drainage tray.
5. Flushing of drainage system utilizing High Suction Powered vacuum.Clear cloggages/soil and algae accumulated within drainage system from discharging outlet
6. Dry Clean and assembling of internal and external components after washing.

   Check and ensure all components are intact and fully operational.

7. Inspection and test-run of mechanical components, checking of refrigerant pressure level for condensing units (If necessary)
8. Test all units AC ensuring all units are in operational Condition. Issue detail technical report after job rendered.
